Information: Bekkou is the head of the Z-Loan office and a ferryman. Anyone who works with him owes him some sort of debt. He keeps people living in return for their services. He is very strict about money, and wasting money on all accounts except when it comes to giving money to the surviving family members of zombies they have helped.

Not a lot is said about Bekkou, save for he is in charge. He doesn't talk much about himself and is a wonderful secret keeper. He is usually quiet, and serious, but will give the group a pep talk or information if he feels they really need it. He will listen to the chairperson's ideas, so it is hard ot tell if she is really in charge or he is.

For not doing much, he is very good at ping-pong and even has his own paddle. He beats Shito without letting Shito score a single point.

Bekou doesn't care what people's motives are as long as he gets his money. To him, everythign has a price. To help out Michiru he changes her fate at the request of Shito and Chika.
