Carmella

Carmella is part of the Wheel of Fate Organization, which could be a reference to the wheel the spinner Clotho uses. Though she seems to be going against fate most of he time so rather than a ally of fate, it looks like she's challenging it.

Zombie Loan has a lot of references to mythology and though up to episode 11 we still have not seen characters who clearly represent the fates, it is a likely possibility in the future. And when and if the fates are reveled, then Carmella's role will become clear.

She was the one who revived Shiba as a zombie, and was also shown doing business with Yoshizumi, warning him of his approaching death and giving him ideas as to how to avoid that fate, though in the end he met his fate anyway, and Carmella comments about how hard it is to escape fate.

She's a mysterious character, and though her organization seems to have their own motives, they don't exactly get along with Z-Loan and the Ferryman. They don't directly interact but since she has assisted some of the series main antagonists, then Carmella could also be classified as an antagonist in the story of Zombie Loan.

As a random note Mikari thinks Carmella is very "Turk like" (similar to the Turks from Final Fantasy VII) and that automatically makes her cool.
