Zombie Loan Payment 7: A Wandering Heart

Chairperson suggests a vacation to reenergize everyone's spirits. She is the sponsor for their recreational vacation. Poor Ohtsu is the driver and has to deal with the the tanget's and fighting aboard. His irritation is clear when eh tells everyone to jump out the windows. The group arrives in the forest and Ohstu menstions he has work to do so he'll be leaving. The Kuze family owned a hot spring in this area.

Much to their dismay they arrive at an old building that looks more suited to fall down than offer shelter. Someone started rumors of ghosts and 27 years ago the building shut down. It just happens to be one of the seven scariest palces in all of Japan! It was once protected by wolf spirits.

Rooms are divided - Koyomi and Michiru share one, while Chika and Shito share one. Once in her room Michiru finds a yukata and decides to head to the bath, where Koyomi probably is. In the baths she is fondled by Yomi. Michiru finally tells Yomi that she doesn't like to be touched in such manners and it would seem that Yomi didn't realize. After getting out of the bath, Michiru finds Chika and Shito in a ping-pong match. Shito wins. Chika demands that everyone avenge him - Bekkou steps up to the plate. He even has his own paddle! Bekkou beats Shito without letting the younger score even a single point.

Shito and Michiru are sent to get groceries for dinner. Michiru tries to talk to Shito but realizes, as per usual, he is not listening. On their way home they are attacked by a zombie. Without Chika, Shito can not fight it. So Michiru does...with their groceries..they then run back to the house.

Shito informs everyone that they were attacked during dinner. Michiru gets a quick rundown of how zombies are priced - In short, the higher the risk the higher the bounty. Chika agrees to a hunt because money is involved, good money, because it is a sentient zombie without a contract with the Ferryman. But before the hunt, Shito wants a bath.

While Michiru is in the bath for a second time, the zombie runs thrugh with Shito and Chika in tow. Theur zombie is not a zombie but a werewolf, The Chair person steps in, she doesn't want them to kill it. Kuse further says that it is a living human being possessed by the soul of a god gone wild.

Once they fidn their wild wolf boy, The Chair person introduces her self as Kuze Shimotsuki, the caretaker of the key. Since the wolf's door is rusted and locked she offers to open it for him. They are headed home with their new companion (Pochi), because his will is no longer in danger of being devoured. Koyomi tries to give him pocky, she gets bit. Chika is upset they didn't make any money, and Shito seems depressed. A mysterious man has entered shito's room and drawn on all of his stuff for "leaving without permission".
