Nogi

Nogi had been one of Ohtsu's professors in the past, but later he joined Yoshizumi in his illegal experiments to create golems. While Yoshizumi was the master mind behind the golems, Nogi had the task of collecting materials to build the golems, that is to say, steal body parts from the corpses to which he diagnosed the autopsies.

Nogi appeared to be afraid of Yoshizumi and how far the experiments were going. He knew that there were suspicious about their strange research and worried that they would get caught.

When Ohtsu discovered Nogi stealing body parts, Nogi ultimately confessed, which served as a clue for Z-Loan. Fearful of Yoshizumi going too far, Nogi even made an antidote for Phalanx, Yoshizumi's ultimate monster, which he entrusted to Z-Loan. Thank to the antidote, Phalax, who was fused with Yoshizumi as its brain, was defeated.

Nogi is also responsible for the death of Golem-chan, the pink haired golem girl created by Yoshizumi. He called it clean up when he shot her, most likely referring to destroying all the evidence of the experiments. Shito beat him to near death for that, but was stopped and Nogi survived.
