Ohtsu Sawatari

A mysterious member of Z-loan who works with Bekkou more so than going on zombie hunts. He is well known in the medical field, as confirmed by some doctors talking about him. This grants him access to research facilities, and chances to investigate them.

Ohtsu can use blue flames as his power. He drives the Z-Loan team when they go on vacation. Not much is known about his past and Ohtsu is generally quiet so it might be a while until we find out more about him.
