It's obvious it takes time for Shito to get close to people. I think they could get along well , but Shito opening up to anyone would be a bit hard. Chika might be one of the first should it happen.
Shito and Michiru don't interact too much, in comparison to Chika and Michiru and Michiru and other characters. Shito is used to calling her Miss Kita, or Kita-san, which annoys Chika who prefers a less formal atmosphere. I don't see Shito switching to Michiru permanently yet, though he did use her first name on one occasion which surprised her; but there's a possibility for the future.
I (Mikari) don't really ship ShitoxMichiru. I might have in the past, but it only lasted a few days. I wouldn't say I dislike it but I don't really like it and don't think it would work out.
