There is not much interaction between Sotetsu and Koyomi. In episode nine when he shows up Michiru, Chika and he are shown eating. Koyomi asks him if he wants more rice. He accepts and hands her his bowl. She blushes nad seems shy and very happy that he said yes. Michiru notices something but isn't sure what it was.
Much like Michiru we can see there is something there on Koyomi's part, but Sotetsu seems a little more concerned about getting Shito back.
Could this couple work?: It is possible that it could work. Sotetsu doesn't seem uninterested in Koyomi, and he doesn't particulary seem to have any loves except for food. If Koyomi can cook, I (Snow) don't see why Sotetsu wouldn't stick around.
The only real problem is Yomi. I do not think she'd be too happy to find out Koyomi was dating Sotetsu or something. Yomi seems to have a loathing of men, or at least is greatly aggravated by them.
